The East Greenwich Free Library will host “Story Starters” as part of Write Rhode Island, the state’s short fiction competition. Story Starters is a creative writing workshop that helps students start their first draft, creating believable characters and exciting settings for their stories.
Stories can be submitted online through the School One website November 20 through midnight on December 10, 2023. Winners will receive a cash prize, get their work published and participate in a statewide reading.
