Ages 5 - 12
Join us for an exploration of Indigenous plants and animals, the value of traditional ecological knowledge, and the stories that connect us to the gifts of our ecology. This program covers Indigenous use of natural materials for food, technology, medicine, and spirituality through an interactive touch-and-feel experience that engages children in hands-on learning. Please note that children will be handling cultural materials made from both plant and animal parts.
Registration is required and can be completed HERE.
Made possible through the Governor’s Learn365 Initiative in collaboration with the Town of East Greenwich.
